HEAD WAITER
Our Head Chefs participate in the daily preparation missions of the two restaurants. They are benevolent and strive to promote cohesion and team spirit.
KITCHEN HEAD
He prepares the setting up of his post and ensures with rigor, enthusiasm and determination, the midday and evening services. Our Chefs de partie also watch over our student apprentices.
SERVER - room clerk
Our Room Clerks are passionate. They have knowledge of French cuisine and service. They like the contact with the customer, listening, advising and guiding them on all the characteristics specific to Café Terroir.
KITCHEN CLERK
Our Commis de cuisine are the Chefs de partie of tomorrow! The sense of observation, motivation, and team spirit make them pillars for our kitchens.
SOMMELER
Our Sommeliers know the wines and terroirs of our Region. They are curious and attentive.
Their involvement and the desire to share their favorites are real assets for the Café Terroir and its menu.
